To request deletion of your Level99 account and synced data, email support@teenybrain.com from the email address associated with your account.
What to Include
- The email address used for your Level99 account.
- A short statement that you want your Level99 account deleted.
- Whether you also need help exporting data before deletion.
What Will Be Deleted
Account deletion is intended to remove your account record and synced Level99 app data associated with that account, such as synced skills, timer entries, goals, and related metadata.
What May Remain
Data stored only on your device may remain until you delete the app, clear app storage, or remove it manually. Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
Before You Delete
If you want a copy of your records, use the JSON or CSV export options in Level99 Settings before requesting deletion.
