Sign in and accounts
Level99 is being prepared for email/password sign-in. If sign-in is unavailable or your reset link does not work, include the email address on the account when you contact support.
Timer and skill data
Skills begin at zero and progress is earned through timers. If a timer entry looks wrong, export your data from Settings before reinstalling the app or clearing storage.
Exporting data
Level99 includes JSON and CSV export options in Settings. Exports are useful for backups, support requests, or moving your records elsewhere.
Notifications
Daily reminders and timer checks depend on app permissions and device notification settings. If reminders are not appearing, confirm that notifications are enabled for Level99 in your device settings.
