These Terms of Service govern your use of Level99, a skill timer and progress tracking app. By using Level99, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Level99 helps you track practice time for skills you create, view progress, export your data, and optionally sync account data through supported cloud services. Level99 is not a medical, financial, educational, or professional advice service.
2. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly.
3. Your Data and Content
You keep ownership of the skill names, timer entries, notes, exports, and related content you create in Level99. You grant Level99 the limited permission needed to store, process, sync, display, export, and support that content as part of the app.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Level99. For example, you may not:
- Attempt to access another person's account or data.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the app or services.
- Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Reverse engineer or copy Level99 except where allowed by law.
5. Subscriptions and Paid Features
Level99 may add paid features or subscriptions in the future. If paid features become available, the price, renewal terms, cancellation process, and any app store terms will be shown before purchase.
6. Third-Party Services
Level99 may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, analytics, crash reporting, or app distribution. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Changes and Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Level99. We may also change these terms. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, this site, or another suitable channel.
8. Disclaimers
Level99 is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that progress tracking will meet every goal or expectation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Level99 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities.
